The first creation I made was asparagus with Blue Diamond Rosemary & black pepper almonds as a topping.
I will definitely say this is such a good healthy appetizer or a great side dish to a meal.
My second vegetable/almond combo is a great zucchini dish. Once again a simple ingredient easy to make dish.
