Simple Ways to Swap Dairy with Nondairy

I believe it is important to try to eat and be as healthy as possible. One concern in diet for me is dairy consumption. I have realized through doing juice fasts and reintroducing food into my diet that dairy is something I try to limit. I have noticed over consumption for me wrecks havoc on my stomach. I have since started switching out milk with other alternatives. My family has been doing the same as well. I really feel these changes have helped with my stomach issues and has helped me reach to a better place with my health. A great option for a milk alternative is Almond Milk.
Almond Milk is a rich nutty milk. It is really a great alternative. I suggest starting the switch small. Instead of milk or cream in your coffee try the almond milk. It is such a sweet treat.Switch the milk in your morning cereal to almond milk and taste the difference. Its worth the switch and I suggest trying it out for a week or two and see if you notice a difference. I still enjoy dairy but love complementing nondairy into my diet as well.
